David Frasher named “Credentialed Manager” by ICMA

David Frasher became an ICMA Credentialed Manager in 2007
David Frasher is a diplomat who has been serving the nation for almost two decades. He was appointed as the City Administrator of Oak Grove, Missouri and Ashland Wisconsin. David Frasher served as the City Manager and Budget Officer of Grants Pass. He managed the Grants Pass Redevelopment Agency very well. His expertise and service were recognized by ICMA when he was named an ICMA Credentialed Manager in 2007. ICMA Credentialed Managers are viewed with growing distinction by local governing bodies and progressive, civically engaged communities. Credentialed Managers are selected through a peer review credentialing process, a written exam, and extensive education requirements which quantified the unique expertise, David Frasher brought to Grants Pass and other communities.

Managers are recognized by ICMA through a peer review credentialing process.
