David Frasher is a diplomat who has been serving the nation for almost two decades. He was appointed as the City Administrator of Oak Grove, Missouri and Ashland Wisconsin. David Frasher served as the City Manager and Budget Officer of Grants Pass. He managed the Grants Pass Redevelopment Agency very well.
